Clickjacking is a type of computer attack where malicious sites trick users into clicking on something different from what they perceive and potentially reveal confidential information. This is mostly performed through concealed links. On a clickjacked page, the attackers load another page over the original page in a transparent layer to trick the user into taking actions, the outcomes of which will not be the same as the user expects. The unsuspecting users think that they are clicking visible buttons, while they are actually performing actions on the invisible page, clicking buttons of the page below the layer.
The hidden page may be an authentication page; therefore, the attackers can trick users into performing actions which the users never intended. There is no way of tracing such actions to the attackers later, since the users would have been genuinely authenticated on the hidden page. Website Embedding is one of the ways Clickjacking is utilized and it is an interesting topic depending on how relevant it is to you. For most websites embedding is the way to go especially if you want to link things like videos without necessarily uploading them to your website or web page.

It’s easy all a website needs is to utilize two options either X-frame option or consent security policy option to control whether other websites can embed them or not.
